Record and share those special moments of mindful connection with nature.
We all have special moments of connection with nature. This app helps to enrich those moments and share when and where they occur.
By combining information about the places people find restorative with data about biodiversity and pollution we can make better planning decisions and collectively build a better future.
Using the app involves a simple mindfulness exercise that deepens our experience and can lead to a heightened enjoyment of nature.
Getting Started
The best way to start is to watch the video tutorial accessible via the menu. You need a network connection for this.
If you would like to jump straight in then the help page available on the "Take Ten Breaths" screen may be enough.
Signing Up
You can do the Ten Breaths exercise without signing up to anything but if you do sign up you can contribute to our research into the relationships between human well-being and nature and, if you like, share your contributions with others.
You only need an active email address to take part.
Once you have signed up the time and place of your exercises will be plotted on the Ten Breaths Map. You can choose whether individual contributions are public or hidden and so only available to yourself and trusted researchers.
